Red Bell Pepper Chutney

Red Bell Pepper Chutney


Suggested Serving Size: Two

Ingredients:
2 medium sized red bell peppers
1 small onion
¼ tsp. ginger paste
½ tsp. cumin powder
½ tsp. coriander powder
4 red chilies
2 tsp. oil

Method of Preparation:
Fry all the above ingredients in a pan with 2 tsp. of oil for 5 minutes on medium heat. Then grind the mixture with salt and tamarind to taste without adding water.
