Chop all the vegetables very finely. Add maida, egg and all seasonings.
Mix well and deep fry till brown. Set aside.
To make the sauce: Heat oil then add finely chopped onions & garlic.
Stirr till transparent, then add ginger paste, cornflour, water, soy sauce, chilli sauce and salt. Mix well.
Add the fried pieces & mix well.
Serve hot with corriander garnishings
