Potato Raita

Potato Raita


Suggested Serving Size: Two-Four

Ingredients:
1 small onion chopped
1 small boiled and cut potato
1 small tomato chopped
6 tbsp. of curd
¼ tsp. cumin powder
¼ tsp. chilly powder
¼ tsp. coriander powder

Method of Preparation:
In a vessel beat curd till smooth with a spoon. Add cumin powder, coriander powder and chilly powder. Sauté onions, tomato and potato in one tsp. of oil. Add the sautéed vegetables to the curd mixture. Add salt and lime juice to taste.
